Ingredients
1 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1 cup raw blueberries
½ cup rolled oats
2 T brown sugar Splenda
Directions
- Combine Greek yogurt and Splenda in a bowl and stir until the Splenda dissolves.
- In a cup alternate layers of yogurt, blueberries, and oats.
- Serve immediately.
