I’m a C. There – I said it. I’m a C and a 0 and when you put those two things together, you’ve got a bit of a predicament. Both the Continuity and Breath In sports bras are the kind of bras you’d want to live in every day. They’re soft to the nth degree, stylish (amazing colors and shapes) and actually cover each breast with material, so you won’t have to suffer the dreadful effect of the “double-boob”. Oakley says that the Continuity bra was only designed for low impact activities like walking and golf, but I’ve worn mine to boot camp and it’s worked really well! Such high standards!

Best Bras for Maximum Support: Oh how we’ve wished our boobs would just stay the heck in place! Well ladies, now they will. Champion has an entire arsenal of sports bras which are both gorgeous and sturdy. I’ve gone running in four different styles so far and the only appropriate word I can describe them as is “freeing”.
