Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 chopped dates
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- ice

- Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes, until all of the ingredients are smooth.
