Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 chopped dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes, until all of the ingredients are smooth.
