Ingredients

– 5 cups of Kale

– ½ Red Apple

– ½ Green Apple

– ¼ cup Dried Cranberries

– ¼ cup Bacon

-¼ cup Red Onion

-¼ cup Pecans

-1 ½ Shredded Chicken

Tear the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces and throw them into a large bowl.

Dice the apples and onions and throw them into the bowl along with the dried cranberries, raisins, shredded chicken, and chopped walnuts.

Top your salad with an apple cider vinaigrette.

Add apple chips if you are feeling crazy and are someone who enjoys an extra crunch.
