My personal journey is still new! I’m a constant mover, and I train with the mindset of listening to my body and knowing it can do great things.
What are your favorite forms of exercise? Where do I begin? I am not by any means a professional, but I love running, recreational swimming (learning how to do fitness laps in the pool to train for open water), rollerblading, paddle boarding, HIIT workouts, EMOMS, weight training, kettlebells, battle ropes, functional mobility training, body weight training, rowing, hiking (beginning level), sunshine, and the outdoors!
How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?
ME- absolutely 100% by me, fueled by ME! Yes, other people, other reasons, and other things motivate me daily, and I would love to share it all with you here. But it’s me who has to get up and move. It’s me who has to stand up and decide when I’m tired after stairs and will run or call it a day. I’m the one who must pick myself up and kick myself out of being sad and unmotivated. ME.
Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?
No, not yet!
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey? This is one day, so choose to be in it and be present.
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year? Mmmm! I want to train for my first marathon, even though I’ve done many half marathons. I also want to keep improving my flexibility and functional movement—it is necessary for life.
Eat smarter to fuel my body for what I want to do. Keep cross-training my body for many things. My journey is just beginning!

What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
Running half marathons and still being able to move and stay active when I’m done. Recovery is so key. I train for my recovery. Wait, I take this back,…. Hmmmm, I am most proud of leading the way, of getting more people, even if it’s just a small fraction of kids and family members, just to give fitness a go, a try, and finally keep at it. Seeing them go for it, means the absolute world to me. Fitness is life. And I’m just happy to be a part of it.☀️
