Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp ACV
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a big bowl.
- Mix together mashed bananas, eggs, ACV, vanilla extract, almond butter, and almond milk in a different bowl.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir. Fold in peanut butter chips.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Time for them to cool down!
