By sticking to a healthy, nutritionally balanced meal plan, and getting moving … you too could be on you way to that dream body. 1. Stick to a time, but be flexible. If you are used to working out in the mornings but something comes up, don’t stress. Do what you need to do and make time for the gym later in your day
2. Ditch the crummy sweats. By wearing a flattering outfit, you will feel more confident and more motivated. Hiding under dumpy baggy clothes does not offer that.
3. Change it up. Rotate your workouts, take a run, go to a spin class, do some yoga and so on …
4. Find friends who love to work out. Buddies are an excellent source of motivation! Catching up during a workout makes the time fly.
5. Don’t overdo it. You don’t want to harm your body and leave yourself in a position where you can’t workout for a while. Advance gradually and recognize when your body has had enough.
