This is hard…I have never done Yoga so that would be exciting to try yet, I would like the Shape dvd because of the 5 ways to get better abs. I think I would be excited to get any of them:)
Rodney Yee definitely! I already have his Power Yoga DVD and do it as often as I can. I feel great and it alleviates a huge amount of my back pain!
