You’re at a bar, restaurant, club, social gathering (the list goes on) and your getting ready to order a cocktail, but you stop and think about how many calories you’re about to consume and you question wether or not your should even order that drink. You tell yourself it’s only one drink, you’ve had a hard day, you really deserve it but deep down there is a guilty feeling brewing in your stomach. Avoiding the alcohol all together is ideal for someone who’s on a hard core mission to lose weight or get in to elite shape. But if that’s NOT you, we have a solution  to take this guilt away and allow yourself to have a cocktail that won’t leave you feeling down under the dumps. Instead, you’ll be able to relax, enjoy that one cocktail and go on with your life without a whole heck of a lot of harm done.

  1. Cosmopolitan-About 143 calories
  2. Mojitos-Around 160 calories with about 15 grams of sugar
  3. Vodka with diet cranberry-About 170 calories
  4. Mimosa Lite-using low calorie fruit juice
  5. Skinny Girl Margarita-100 calories for a 4 ounce serving
  6. Bloody Mary-About 125 calories
  7. Single Rum and Diet Coke (avoid doubles because they just add on the calories) -About 65 calories
