This low-cal high protein strawberry smoothie is one of my favorite things right now. I’m a strawberry junky and was recently told to eat more yogurt due to a mean dose of antibiotics I was on. Thanks to my new Magic Bullet, I was able to throw three rockstar ingredients in to the mini blender and voila – make magic! I’ve been having it as a side dish to a veggie burger at lunch or for a substitute for dessert. With only 131 calories, it’s a wise way to squeeze in some amazing nutrients, satisfy your hunger and fend off those cravings for a not-so-healthy dessert!
