What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
Several things inspired me to be an Ambassador.  Fitz took an interest in me without any real advantage to her. This demonstrated to me that she actually cares about people and is passionate about promoting health and fitness. This inspired and motivated me to be involved at a greater level. 
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
Fitz was a guest on “The Patrick Bass Show.”
What are your favorite forms of exercise?
Tai Chi
How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?
Daily weigh-ins and frequent interaction with the Hotties group. 

Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?

Yes, I have used it. I have lost nearly 40 pounds so far. 

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?
You have to identify your “WHY” because when things get tough (and they WILL get tough), you need to return to your WHY.
What are your personal fitness goals for the next year?
Get to a healthy weight and be able to walk without being in pain. 

How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community? I’m sharing everything, promoting Fitzness on my syndicated radio show, and writing blog articles. 

Favorite healthy food:
I like hummus. Is that healthy? I don’t know.
Favorite unhealthy food: 
Pizza
Favorite song to workout to:
Nearly any 90s grunge or 80s hip-hop. 
What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
Not giving up when I wanted to.
