What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
I have been an admirer of Fitz and Team Noisy for nearly a decade. The Hottie Body Fitzness Community along with Fitz, are my happy and safe friends who have been indispensable in my fitness journey.
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?

I discovered Fitz through Rudy and RunDisney. I was in decent shape when I met her in person in 2020. However, I suffered a couple of years with injuries and gained a lot of weight. The year I met everyone in Detroit, I got really involved with Fitz’s Hotties. I lost 50 pounds and have continued to build strength and fitness over the past 18 months.

I love endurance races. Walking/Running Galloway style. Strength training, too.

I love the constant feedback from my Health Stats on Apple. I couldn’t live without my Fitzness Fiends!

I tried the Formula when I first met you. It is brilliant in its simplicity. In years past, I was able to lose weight but never entirely understood how to maintain it. The Formula emphasizes a whole mindset, not just loss.

It’s a journey, not a destination. Start where you are and engage in a social community

Get below 25% body fat
Complete nine more half marathons (60 by 60).
How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community?I love to participate in challenge events, engage on Hotties, FB, and IG, encourage others’ efforts, and share my victories and life lessons.

What fitness accomplishment are you most proud of?
I will celebrate 20 years of sobriety on October 24th. I just turned 59 and am in better health now than at 30.
