What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?
Over the years, I have learned so much by following Fitz and engaging with the Hottie Body Fitzness Challenge crowd. I drank the kool-aid and am better for it! It’s time to share what I appreciate and give back—that’s what life is about, right?
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?
Stacey Nyman introduced me to Fitzness. At the time, I was exclusively a runner, but now my fitness interests have evolved into swimming, strength training, dancing, and more! My journey has been one of self-realization and self-reflection. While I won’t be the woman I was in my 20’s and 30’s, I am physically and mentally stronger. I am more confident as I mature and no longer want skinny to be my fitness goal. That’s a very 1990’s way of thinking. I want to enter this stage of my life strong.

I gain inspiration from my fellow Hotties. We are all at different stages of our journeys. I also admire the folks who have 100lbs to lose and additionally those who are running multiple marathons.
Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?
I have used the Exact Formula, and when I’m honest, it works! I do struggle with carbohydrate intake and find the tummy weight will stick around when I don’t carefully count carbs.

Just start. Don’t overthink it. Don’t worry about your brand of sneakers, your sports bra, or the fancy nature of your gym. Just get off the couch and start doing something.

My fitness goal for the next year is to prioritize exercise despite my busy work schedule and long hours. Teaching often leaves me feeling as though I have nothing left at the end of the day, but I need to be consistent on those days as well as on the weekends!
