Ingredients:

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  3. 1 cup of frozen spinach
  4. 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  5. 1 teaspoon of honey
  6. half a cup of oats
  7. 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender
  2. Put water and ice in the blender (to your liking)
  3. Blend it all together and enjoy!
