Eat Healthy at McDonald’s – Trust Me, It CAN be Done!

When choosing a fit lifestyle, it’s important to know that healthy food exists just about everywhere. You will find it on vacation, you will find it on a business trip and yes, shockingly enough … you will find it at McDonald’s. A common excuse for slacking in the nutrition department is lack of time or finances. Hogwash! I’m not buying it! The simple fact is that almost all fast food joints – even the ones that are demonized the most like McDonalds – offer some healthy choices at a fair price. So next time you’re slammed and you stop by Mickey D’s for a quick bite, order a Premium Grilled Chicken Sandwich, a Chipolte BBQ Snack Wrap or a Premium Southwest Salad (skip the dressing). No matter where you go, if you settle for food that you know is not healthy, the onus is on Y.O.U! Anyway … check out Ronald McDonald, you know his favorites are grilled chicken and apple slices. The boy is trim and I rarely stumble across anyone with that much energy.
