GMA Anchors Chris Cuomo and Sam Champion on the Today Show’s Matt Lauer and Al Roker

Chris: Matt Lauer is in phenomenal shape. It’s easier for him, though, cause he’s a smaller guy. Sam and I are taller and both over 200 pounds. Matt is about 5’10″ and around 150. It’s easier for him to look lean. Why don’t you ask me about Al Roker!

Fitz: OK. What advice do you have for Al Roker?

Chris: Whatever it is that he is doing right now … Stop! And do the exact opposite. Read more here …

“Something Borrowed” star Colin Egglesfield on auditioning to be the official body of Calvin Klein

Colin: Well, I just went in for a casting…never thinking I’d actually get the job. I had to try on a variety of CK clothes for a group of execs, and then the group of models was narrowed down and I found my self in Calvin Klein’s office trying on a bunch of different things for him.

Fitz: The Calvin Klein? You were in his office?

Colin: Yep.

Fitz: And then what happened?

Colin: He brought in a group of other people to help make the decision, and I was grateful that they chose me. My years working with CK have been terrific. A great experience.

Fitz: You’re also on the box for Nautica and Versace underwear, which speaks volumes about your physique. How do you prepare for that photo shoot?

Colin: I lift a lot of weight to build size and then do a lot of cardio to stay lean. It’s OK to be a bit bigger for photo shoots. Although, I’m more cautious with my eating for that kind of work. Read the rest here …

Paige Davis, “Trading Spaces” Host gets freaky on vacation for fitness

Fitz: Where is your favorite place to vacation?

Paige: Vegas. And, I know it’s totally gag-me, but I love Disney World too!

Fitz: Disney is great. We go there all the time. Do you exercise on vacation?

Paige: No, not intentionally. But vacation seems to be busy. We walk a lot at Disney…and have lots of SEX!

Fitz: Ahhh! That’s great!

Paige: Well, it’s marital sex! Sex is exercise right?

Fitz: It sure is. Great quote though. Thanks. Read more here …

CNN Anchor Don Lemon on his fear of looking weird while working out

Fitz: What’s your workout routine like?

Don: I do a P90X style workout. Lots of plyometrics, cario bursts, stretching and so on. It’s great because I used to be intimidated in the gym, but now I move from one thing to another so fast that I don’t have time to worry if some guy is looking at me weird. Discovery Channel’s “Man vs Wild” star and survival expert, Bear Grylls, on the grossest thing he’s ever eaten

Bear: Lots of things, but in the Sahara I was given goat testicles from some nomadic tribesman. It was an honorable gesture on their part, so I ate them.
Fitz: What did they taste like?
Bear: Before my first bite, I’d imagined they would taste like hard boiled eggs, but they were horrific. I bit down and explosion of gristle and sperm just melted in my mouth. I actually threw up afterward and so did my camera man Simon. Doing that to him was great!
Fitz: Have you eaten anything in the wild that was surprisingly good?
Bear: No. Most everything has been terrible. Sheep eyeballs were also very bad. Read more here …
