A Hot Chest is Good – A Sweaty Chest is Not

Ladies, we normally focus on fit and function when it comes to bras, especially sports bras. But beyond just fit and support, isn’t it nice when the materials actually feel good and our chest isn’t forced to suffer. Yep, I did say “suffer”.  Breasts are important, because if they’re not taken care of … they can make our lives miserable. That’s why I like the sports bras by Breeze Comfort. They utilize  a revolutionary invention in bra pad technology created for the ultimate breathability. Unlike traditional bra pads, the Ventipad™ has perforations throughout the padding, which allows the passage of air and moisture in the area around the chest. The result is less moisture and heat, which translates to a more comfortable experience.

I’ve been wearing a Breeze Comfort bra for the past few weeks and it really does make sweating less … icky. The girls feel good and most importantly, they don’t feel BAD. The support in the bra is decent, but I’m going to reserve it for weight training and lower impact cardio on the elliptical trainer. It doesn’t feel as strong as my other “running specific” bras. So there you go! Give Breeze Comfort a go, and see if your boob-related exercise issues go away!
