Fitzness couldn’t be more proud of the Miami Parks and Rec campers who enthusiastically participate in our Morning Mile program every day. Thanks so much to AvMed Health Plans for sponsoring 20 Morning Mile Starter Kits, allowing the Miami Parks and Recreation Department to pursue their strong commitment to giving these kids an opportunity to exercises regularly. At this press event, featured in the NBC news video above, we enjoyed the company of AvMed President, Ed Hannum, and Miami-Dade County Chairman Joe Martine, who both ran with the kids and offered tremendous words of encouragement.
