How to:
Step 1– Cut your banana in 1/4 inch slices.
Step 2– Place your pan on the stove top on low-to-medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
Step 3– Place your banana slices on the stove top and grill until golden brown on both sides. Be sure to keep the heat on low-to-medium so you don’t burn the outside of your banana without cooking the center.
Step 4– Slice your english muffin and spread peanut butter on both sides.
Step 5– Once your banana slices are cooked through and the outsides are golden brown, place your banana slices on the english muffins.
