Taylor Swift, otherwise known as “T-Swift,” has been the hottest artist for a long time now, with recent #1 singles like “Blank Space,” and “Shake It Off.” Imagine, how can someone with such a hectic schedule make time to keep that tight figure? Taylor loves to eat, so she relies on her workout routine to stay fit. Here are a few facts about her diet secrets and how she physically keeps up.

1. The Treadmill Girl: According to HealthyCeleb.com, Taylor believes that she has the legs to become a potential long distance runner. She does an hour-long cardio exercise every day, no matter where she is. Though she is not much of a road runner, she makes it a point to do a 60 minute cardio workout on her treadmill or her elliptical trainer.

2. Sweat Like Crazy: Taylor is OBSESSED with sweating! The feeling of sweating reminds her that she’s getting the job done. Also, the more you sweat, the more unwanted toxins are released from your body. Luckily, she was born without even an inch of fat on her body, making it easier for her to stay lean.

3. Kicking Out The Stress: This superstar believes working out is all about being happy with yourself and feeling comfortable in the skin you’re in. Another reason she stays in shape is to lessen any stress she may be going through, especially when dealing with celebrity gossip and other distractions.

4. Increasing Endurance: One of the main reasons why Taylor works out is to increase her endurance on stage while performing. She doesn’t do any heavy weight training, instead she focuses on things that help her continue to sing well while dancing through her performances.

5. Binging On The Weekends: During the week, Ms. Swift sticks to eating really wisely. But when the weekend rolls around, she breaks all the rules and eats whatever her heart desires. You wouldn’t think that someone as thin and fit as Taylor could eat much, but don’t be fooled. Her favorite indulgences include ice-cream, cookies, burgers and fries.
