Shoes make the woman. Well … if she gets sweaty in the upright position they do. While I’m fanatical about finding the right running shoe for running … I’m equally concerned that folks get the right shoe for their non-running activities. Reebok’s Cardio Ultra is THAT shoe. It packs a load of support for low and high impact workouts, without the gritty tread running shoes are known for. Tread is great, if you’re worried about slipping. Tread is bad when you’re trying dance or twist. In fact, tread becomes a major hindrance when doing the latter.

I remember leaning on Reebok 20+ years ago when I was teaching high impact aerobics. While other brands have based their best shoes on hitting the pavement, Reebok, in my opinion, has always catered to the gym rat. Love Zumba, Body Flow or Kickboxing class? Reebok wants you. The Cardio Ultra fits nicely in to that mold. In fact, it’s the right shoe for ALL of those activities.

If you’re dedicated to fitness, I’m hoping you’re not a one-trick pony. In an ideal world you’d walk, run, lift weights, dance, swim, stretch, take a variety of classes and play basketball. You’re going to need a few different types of sneakers to handle all of that. Give Reebok’s Cardio Ultra a go.
