A feature in the May 2011 issue of Fitness magazine reveals that the phone which often makes your life so much more convenient, might be making your skin care efforts more difficult. In a recent study, health-care worker’s phones were tested for germs which cause infections; 95% of them proved positive! Yuck! That means, when your germy phone rubs up against your jaw and cheek, the combination of friction and bacteria can cause acne. An easy way to solve this problem is to regularly clean your for with a disinfecting wipe or simple switch to using bluetooth devices or ear buds while chatting. 😆
