Polka Dot Bars – Low on Fat, High on Fun

To add polka dots to these fun frozen bars, drop small pieces of fruit like maraschino cherries, cranberries, or grapes in each layer as you create them.

Ingredients

1 cup crushed pineapples in natural juices

8 popsicle sticks

1.5 cups Tropicana Pure Premium orange juice

1 cup fat-free blueberry yogurt

1 cup berries (any sort)

Directions

  1. Pour pineapples evenly into 8 frozen bar cups. Freeze for 45 minutes. Drop a few berries in.
  2. Remove pops from freezer, insert sticks, and pour orange juice evenly into the cups on top of the pineapple juice. Freeze for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove frozen bars from the freezer and pour yogurt evenly into the cups on top of the orange juice. Drop a few berries in.
  4. Freeze bars for 1 hour before serving.
