This book is choc full o’ great big photos with simple instructions to go with them. The poses are basic, nothing too complicated or challenging, but they’re well-rounded so you will definitely get the full blown yoga experience if you  follow along. The pictures are really the best selling-point, and because of them … I give this book a big thumbs up.
