I just spent some time with the uber beautiful and fit celebrity Miss Brooke Shields. Brooke and I met in Dallas this June at an event to promote Latisse, the innovative and effective prescription eye lash growing solution. (It’s cool, trust me!) Nonetheless, Brooke tells of the very unhealthy paths she’s taken and how she finally settled in to a legitimately healthy routine which keeps her looking and feeling great.
