    I love running, yoga and pilates. I also enjoy the eliptical every now and then. It works best for me to mix things up so I don’t get bored.

    I’m a fitness boot camper and I love everything we do…but if I had to choose one exercise, it would be push-ups! It works my arms (all over) back and core. The best exercise for rockin’ arms, shoulders and upper body! Whoop!

    I hate to work out. I just dont understand why people do it. That explains why Iam 70 plus pounds over weight. A friend tolld me about Zumba and now I get it. Its a dance party while workingout (how sneaky). I have since lost 20 pounds and would really like to win some new treads to wear to Zumba.

    Now time only allows for the treadmill.

    I love the elliptical! I love the calorie burn and the adrenaline rush I get from working out with it. I could really use some workout clothes as I’ve gone from 225 pounds to 179 and I’m still going at it.

    I love a good total body circuit training session. A combo of cardio and strength training ROCKS! Toned muscles and calorie burn can’t be beat! Awesome music helps too!

    My favorite work out is walking my dog briskly- doing 60 minute yoga work outs. And doing some swimming. I have arthritis and this keeps me going . Would love some work out clothes. Thanks
