Mari Winsor, Pilates guru, and generous human being has produced a Pilates for Pink Slimdown DVD. She’ll be donating one dollar for every one of these DVDs sold to breast cancer research and not only that … she’s giving one away here on Fitzness.com/blog. Thanks Mari! This DVD is broken down in to four 15 minute targeted toning routines, with great focus on core training. My special friend was a wonderful woman who was my next door neighbor for 20+ years. She was like a second mom to me. She had breast cancer. She did not beat her battle. I think of her everyday on how much courage and strength she had. She was brave until the end. I miss you, Pat. We need to find a cure!
My Husband’s cousin had breast cancer at age 26, had a double mastectomy and other treatments, but two years later she is doing great and very hopeful for a full recovery!!
