1. 4th of July Yogurt Parfait: blueberries, strawberries, non-fat Greek yogurt, and granola
2. American Flag Toast: whole-wheat toast, strawberries, bananas, low-fat/fat-free cream-cheese, and light strawberry jelly
3. Fruit Kabobs: strawberries, bananas, blueberries
4. Stars: watermelon(use cookie cutter) and blueberries
5. Whole wheat pancakes: cook pancakes like normal and then use cookie cutter at the end. Add light syrup, raspberries and blueberries
6. Taco Salad: Bottom layer: Jennie-0 ground turkey with taco seasoning, Second layer: shredded lettuce Third Layer: low-fat cheese- add tomatoes for the stripes, olives as the stars and use whole grain chips on the side
