Bar food lovers rejoice – you can have that sinful Nacho Supreme dish without all of the fat and calories! Just skip it while you’re out and enjoy this crunchy, cheesy, salty concoction when you’re home instead. This recipe will satisfy that craving and then some!
Ingredients
4 cups Baked Tortilla Chips
3 cups precooked grilled chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
1½ cups tomatoes, diced
¼ cup jalapeño peppers, sliced
½ cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup salsa
Directions
1. Layer chips, chicken, and cheese in a large baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Remove to a large serving dish. Sprinkle tomatoes over hot nachos.
2. Serve with peppers, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
