smart snacksThe mere suggestion that you ate a cupcake and a bag of fried chips for lunch, because nothing healthy was available drives me bonkers! You knew you would have a busy day, but you didn’t prioritize your health and didn’t plan ahead. Tisk, tisk. Sorry if my army of violins aren’t playing, but I gave them the day off. Folks, if your health is a priority,  you must plan ahead. You must become that annoying person who always has something handy and healthy in your car, office or bag. Excuses are lame and certainly aren’t getting your body anywhere good anytime soon. I was invited by SpryLiving.com to write a bit about eating healthy on the go. If you’d like some clever (brilliant) suggestions for doing so, I suggest you head on over to read that fancy feature. While you’re there, enter the Amazing Prune sweepstakes for a chance to win $1,000.  If you win, you can spend the money on a new wardrobe to fit your outrageously healthy new body!
