Baking during the holidays serves as tradition, entertainment and dessert. Kitchens across the world are dusted with flour, sugar and salt, smeared with frosting, chocolate and more. However fun this process may be, we know it offers a downside. Weight gain! This is the sugar free syrup I use for baking, by DaVinci Gourmet. If you’re making a batter for cakes – I substitute this in equal amounts for oil or butter. If you’re making a dough – like cookie dough – I use a little less. Test it out a bit.
