In fact, Menouos wasn’t always in this great of shape. She told Fitness Magazine that she lost about 20-40 pounds simply by watching what she ate. Now, she makes sure to eat healthy without depriving herself. She also hired a personal trainer, who has her doing a bunch of circuit workouts about 4-5 times a week.
2. Olivia Munn – Olivia is a stunner who revamped her physique for the new Skyfall movie. Co-star of our hot male body winner, Daniel Craig aka James Bond, She lost 16 pounds by avoiding foods in which she wasn’t sure of the ingredients. She PAID ATTENTION to what she put in her mouth, and stepped on the scale regularly to manage her progress. Munn’s favorite type of workout is “dance aerobics”.
3. Nicole Scherzinger – This former Pussy Cat Doll and Dancing with the Stars contestant shimmied and shook her way on to our list. Scherzinger keeps fit year-round due to her love of exercise and eating healthy. Although her favorite form of exercise is dancing, she also incorporates weights, running, and circuits to get her sweat on. Scherzinger loves food and doesn’t believe in deprivation, but she loves to eat healthy foods to nourish her body and stay in great shape.
4. Rihanna – Curvy and toned is the only way to describe Rihanna’s awesome body. She is fit, muscular, and lean at the same time. Rihanna likes to stay fit by doing mostly cardio-based workouts, which she claims is the most powerful tool her bag. She follows a lower-carb diet, and focuses on eating healthy, lean, protein with veggies.
5. Gwenyth Paltrow – It’s hard to believe that this star is a 40-year-old mom; she’s got the body of a fit 18 year-old! Paltrow absolutely loves food, which is why she has her own cookbook called “My Father’s Daughter”. She enjoys eating healthy and allowing herself to give in to her cravings. According to Style News, Paltrow makes sure to balance her interest in food by always making time for exercise. She does cardio five times a week, as well as strength and toning exercises to keep her body firm.
6. Kristen Bell – This actress’s number one rule to “keep moving” has certainly benefited her physique. Bell loves to stay active, not only in the gym, but by doing outdoor activities as well as simple things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator. She follows a vegan diet and has never felt better. According to Examiner.com, she’s been a vegetarian since she was 11-years-old and recently made the switch to full veganism – she has never felt or looked better!
7. Lea Michele – Best known for her role on the popular TV show Glee, Lea Michele claims that her body is a result of her vegetarian diet. According to Examiner.com, she goes back and forth between a vegan and vegetarian diet, mostly just listening to her body. Along with her healthy eating, she makes sure to mix up her workout routines. According to Shape magazine, Michele does anything from intervals, yoga, weight training, and outdoor workouts.
8. Brooke Burke – Actress, dancer, model, and TV personality, Brooke Burke, has been on the cover of multiple magazines showing off her fit body. It’s obvious that she deserves all of the magazine covers, but what’s her secret? Besides sex, Burke eats 5-6 small meals a day, and makes sure to never skip meals. She claims that skipping meals is what leads to sugar cravings and over eating later on. Although she has work, four kids, and a husband, she never makes excuses for working out – and it shows!
9. Pink – After gaining 55 pounds during her pregnancy, Pink must be doing something right. She got fit fast since having her baby. There’s no big secret to her transformation. According to Shape, Pink follows a mostly vegan diet and works out six days a week. Her body came purely from hard work and dedication!
10. Olivia Wilde – This actress got in great shape for her starring role in the movie Tron. Since her character had to wear tight, black, leather suits, she had to really crank things up a notch. Since then, her main focus has been to make exercise fun. She makes sure to stay active, but does things that she enjoys like spinning, cardio, weight training, and outdoor activities She follows a “mostly vegetarian” diet, but includes fish at times.
