The delicious aroma of coffee grounds fill the air each morning, and that first sip of the smooth, rich, warm beverage is pure bliss. 8. Acne prevention and skin health.
9. Protection against cirrhosis of the liver and other diseases.
Negatives:
1. Linked to certain types of cancers.
2. May cause gastrointestinal problems.
3. Can cause jitters.
4. May disrupt sleep.
5. Can stain teeth brown or yellow.
6. May elevate LDL Cholesterol and blood pressure.

8. High levels of coffee consumption during pregnancy is linked to still births.
