Have you made a resolution for 2010? Weight loss, strength gains, lowering cholesterol and running races are great goals. However! What makes you most likely to achieve them is accountability. If you’ve made a resolution yet haven’t told a soul, you’ll be likely to bail on that plan. The knowledge that your friends, coworkers and family members will be checking in to see if you’re doing what you set out to do is great incentive. Tell everyone!
Me? I’m a bore. I never make NYE resolutions. I just wake up each day hell bent on getting where I want to go. Each of my days are full of resolutions, but since I’m asking you to share something I’ll share my resolution for the day. I will take our new puppy out to run at the park, even though it’s far too cold for this little lizard-like Floridian (me). Now it’s your turn! Share your resolutions here and I promise to do my best to harass you in to accomplishing them.
Fitz- do you do “online” training? I have access to a gym, but seriously lack motivation. I could use a good swift kick in the pants along with a custom routine that works around my physical challenges.

Mine is to eat the daily recommended amount of fruits and veggies. If I don’t accomplish this through the day I throw what I lacked in the juicer and chug it. Not huge but compared to the basically zero I consumed before, I figure it’s better then nothing. I am also going to by non or reduced fat versions of the full fat stuff I eat.
