It’s four days post-Christmas which means, if you haven’t already disposed of all the cookies, cakes, candies and other crap food lying around your house … it’s time to do so. Everybody seems to use the holidays as a big excuse to pig out and go a bit berserk on calories, but the Big C is over and the havoc you may have been reaking on your body needs to stop.

My guests care about their bodies, their lives and don’t want me to coddle them. So get moving friends! Start your workouts with a run to the cabinets, cookie jars, cans full-o-crap and feed your starving trash bin. Say “adios” to the belly bloat and “Happy New Year” to your harder, leaner and healthier body!
