Life can be challenging, leaving us in slumps that we can’t seem to get out of. It may just be because the weather is cloudy, or your dog may have peed on something you didn’t want it to. Whatever that reason though, exercise is likely to serve as a simple solution to your blues. All you have to do is strap on your sneakers and hit the open road. Many people find relaxation in walking, jogging, or running. Whatever your pace, it may help you forget about your frustrations, stress, or any thing else on your mind.  To really vent some high-end frustration though, let’s add a little oompf to your training. Warm up with a slight walk or jog, but follow up with a bit of intense training. Pushing your past it’s normal limits is a sure-fire way to turn your focus to the job at hand, dispose of negative energy and set your sanity straight.
