Ultimate Frisbee has gained a large following and is emerging onto the recreational sports scene. It’s easy to play. All you need are some friends, a field, and a Frisbee. Most folks would NEVER even consider using a Frisbee for fitness training compared to a Zumba class, but did you know you could burn up to 572 calories per hour from playing this sport?  It involves a ton of running and can become pretty intense!
