Blueberry Protein Parfait

Ingredients

1 cup low fat Greek yogurt

1 cup raw blueberries

½ cup rolled oats

2 T brown sugar Splenda

Directions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and Splenda in a bowl and stir until the Splenda dissolves.
  2. In a cup alternate layers of yogurt, blueberries, and oats.
  3. Serve immediately.

Serves 4
