Trader joe’s greek yogurt with honey…and roasted seaweed.
My favorite low cal and healthy snack is Trader Joe’s Freeze Dried Blueberries. Delicious, crunchy, and remarkably close as possible to the flavor of freshly picked blueberries.
I love turkey jerky. It’s low in fat add a good bit of protein, us especially good after a workout and it for a with thanksgiving. Enjoy!

Been tracking food and fitness on livestrong on my PC, and fancy having it on my iPhone … so I don’t sway from the good habits while traveling.
I have recently started snacking on almonds and raisins.
Would love the app. I am a fairly new paraplegic and so my activity has decreased quite a bit so I am trying to focus on the calories.

My favorite holiday foods are all the home made treats from my deceased grandmothers recipe box. Its the only time of year we make them. It brings back the warm memories of times spend with her so many years ago. Over the past year I have been looking for ways to make the treats more healthy by using honey and sugar alternatives. Also when I can I use caned pumpkin and apple sauce in place of oil or butter.

My favorite holiday meal is sweet potato and cranberry sauce casserole. I make it all the time, not only during the holidays.

I really like to bake a sweet potato, split it open, put a tiny bit of butter in the middle then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
I love having a plain skin-on baked sweet potato topped with 1/4 cup of rinsed red kidney beans, 1/4 cup chopped lite extra firm tofu, a chopped up mozzarella cheese stick & 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt as either my lunch or dinner at least 4-5 times a week.
We have so many temptations that I make a

cake along with sliced strawberries and blueberries
I put it in pretty container or bowl and enjoy.

I love low fat chocolate cookies. 70 calories, made with sugar, semi sweet chocolate chips, egg white, dutch cocoa and salt. They melt in your mouth, and are so delicious! Not something to eat all the time, but a great, special snack to enjoy.
