If you’ve gone gluten-free because you suffer from Celiac Disease, or you’re just cutting out gluten because you think it’s better for you, life’s getting much easier. Instead of hunting for gluten-free products like a caveman, companies which make gluten-free products are now hunting for you. I’ve recently received tons of G-free samples to try and these are four of my new favorites.
Blue Diamond Baked Nut Chips: Made from whole grain brown rice and almonds, these crackers come in a variety of yummy flavors. Sour Cream and Onion and Nacho Cheese flavors are amazing … but they’re all pretty great. Enjoy them like other crackers, but without all the guilt or possible tummy issues.
San-J Tamari Sauces: Tamari is the original Japanese soy sauce, and these brews are made completely from soybeans, which unlike traditional soy sauce …contain zero wheat. They’re thick, rich and come in a bunch of yummy flavors. Choose a gluten-free main dish and flavor with any of these sauces including: Szechuan, Teriyaki, Thai Peanut, Asian BBQ, Orange Sauce, or Sweet and Tangy.
Betty Lou’s Fruit Bars: If you’re craving a traditional fruit bar, these things will satisfy your every need. They’re compact desserts with a soft outer crust and a yummy fruit filling. They’re delicious, but do pack 180 calories in to a three inch by three inch square. Flavors available: Apricot, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry, Cherry and Strawberry.
Sparkling Ice: These zero calorie beverages are pretty darn tasty. Not all are. If you’re craving a carbonated drink that’s not a cola and not going to bust your belly, give this brand a try. They boast a lot of added vitamins and antioxidants, but we’re not sold on drinking that stuff. Food is your best bet for those things. The drinks are tasty and refreshing though. Available in: Coconut Pineapple, Lemonade, Orange Mango, Pomegranate Berry, Lemon Lime, Black Raspberry, Kiwi Strawberry, Pink Grapefruit.
