2×400 freestyle relay champs. Dwyer, Lochte and Berens
Conor Dwyer won a gold medal at the Summer Olympic Games in London 2012 quite famously. He, Ryan Lochte, Michael Phelps and Ricky Berens took the big win for Team USA in the Men’s 2×400 Freestyle Relay in exciting fashion. We loved watching them win and we loved watching them cheer each other on shirtless poolside. His swimmer’s body is to die for and Conor was kind enough to spend some time with Fitz to share his three favorite out-of-water abdominal exercises with you! Thanks Conor.
