Making healthy meals in a hurry is so easy to do, which is why I’m sharing some 2 minute meals I’ve made for my kids with you. Last night? Whole grain quesadilla with low fat cheddar jack cheese, black beans, broccoli, grapes, skim chocolate milk. The beans took 30 seconds to heat up and the quesadilla literally took 2 minutes. Play mix and match with healthy ingredients from your cabinet when you need a  super-nutritious yet simple nutritious meal in a hurry!
